Well, another week has come and gone, and we are still waiting on the little guy to make his grand entrance. His due date was actually yesterday, December 16, but he is running on Robert Standard Time, and therefor is coming late. I'm so anxious to have him here already. We've tried everything to get him here, but he is being stubborn. Long drives, long walks, spicy food, nothing is working.
Here is the latest news...I went to the doctor today, and I really have not progressed too much in the last three weeks. He said that the baby is just not ready to come, and if they start me, it will definitely end in a C-Section. So, I have a stress test on Friday, Dec. 21, to make sure that everything looks good with the baby. If for some reason they see something of concern, and feel that the baby needs to come, they will do a C-Section that day. If things look good, I just have to wait until after Christmas before another doctor appointment where he will make another assessment! I'm hoping that the baby will just decide to come sometime before that. It was not fun to hear that he will probably not be here for Christmas! I tried so hard not to break down and cry right then and there! But whatever happens, happens. We'll just have to deal with it.

Bummer! They say babies do come in their own time, but it's my experience that boys like to stay in the comfort of the womb as long as possible. It's so hard to wait so long and have them be late! Not progressing doesn't mean he can't come at any time--believe me! Try to stay busy, that's the best I can offer...
So sorry he's too comfy in there! We'll have our fingers crossed for a pre-Christmas arrival!

YEA!!! We heard he arrived (for some reason Jessy was up at 4 am), and then saw the picture--what a cutie!
